01 — MORE THAN SIMULATION
Feel what the car is doing.
Fast response
Actuator speed up to 250 mm/s without Lag (<5ms)
Usable travel
120 mm travel per actuator.
Built for existing rigs
Mounting for 40- and 45-series aluminium profiles or custom solutions.
02 — 3DOF THREE AXES
Roll. Pitch. Heave.
Roll
Lateral movement for cornering balance, kerbs and load transfer.
Pitch
Longitudinal movement for braking, acceleration and elevation changes.
Heave
Vertical movement for surface detail and compression.
03 — CONSTRUCTION & ENGINEERING
Built for demanding sustained use.
The REACTOR Motion PRO uses reinforced mechanical components and is designed for continuous operation.

Robust PRO mechanics
The PRO version takes the mechanical construction a step further. More substantial components and reinforced mechanical elements provide a heavier-duty construction designed for demanding, continuous operation.
The result is a more robust mechanical platform for applications where long-term durability and a solid overall construction matter.
Heavier-duty construction · Reinforced mechanics · Designed for continuous operation
Compact control. Built for the rig.
With dimensions of just 360 × 200 × 100 mm, the control unit combines power, data connectivity and active ventilation in a compact enclosure designed for direct mounting to the rig.
The unit is bolted directly to the rig, providing a secure and vibration-resistant installation that stays firmly in place during use. The included adapter plates support rig widths from 490 to 690 mm and allow the unit to be mounted in different positions, such as under the pedal deck or beneath the seat.
All required mounting hardware is included. This includes the screws and hardware needed to attach the adapter plates to the rig and to secure the control unit to the adapter plates.
A low-noise fan provides airflow through the enclosure while keeping operating noise to a minimum.

9 — FAQ
Before you order.
Which rigs are supported?
The mounting set supports 40- and 45-series aluminium profiles: 40 × 80, 40 × 120, 40 × 160 and 45 × 90. Contact us with your rig model, profile dimensions and photos if you are unsure.
How does maintenance work?
We recommend servicing the ball screw after 500 operating hours. The actuators do not need to be removed for this. Grease can be applied directly through the dedicated maintenance opening, making the process quick and straightforward.
Is my rig rigid enough for a motion system?
The rig needs to be sufficiently torsionally rigid to handle the forces generated by the motion system. As a general guideline, frames built from 40 × 80 mm aluminium profiles are usually sufficiently rigid.
If additional stiffness is required, it can typically be achieved by additional cross profiles to the rig.
Can I test the system before purchasing?
Yes. The system can be tested at our facility in 36088 Hünfeld, Germany by prior appointment. It is also possible to test the system at André Ibron’s test centre in Hillesheim 67586.
We are also regularly present at the Simracing Expo Germany, where you can experience the system in person.
Please contact us in advance to arrange a test appointment.
What if I’m not satisfied with the system?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the system within 14 days free of charge.* This gives you the opportunity to test the system at home and decide whether it is right for you.
* Free return shipping applies to returns within Germany only. For returns from other countries, shipping costs may apply.
10 — PERSONAL ADVICE
Open questions?
Whether you have questions about rig compatibility, the motion system, software settings or available options, we’re happy to help. For rig compatibility, a rig model, profile dimensions and a few photos are usually enough for an initial assessment.
